Darlene Mathews is a distinguished human services consultant with over two decades of experience in transforming and revitalizing human services portfolios. Her expertise spans homelessness, affordable housing, disaster recovery, and refugee resettlement. Her meticulous approach extends to critical content areas such as grants management, financial management, and organizational infrastructure. A Pakistani American raised in the deep South, Darlene is profoundly committed to the belief that access to the American Dream begins with secure housing. This commitment is deeply rooted in her unwavering dedication to the respect and dignity of all people. Darlene’s work is characterized by her innovative strategies and compassionate commitment to creating sustainable solutions for communities. Darlene holds a Masters in Public Administration and Urban Planning from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and a Nonprofit certificate from Cornell University.

Michele S. Williams is a Black woman who grew up in the Midwest and believes in using her voice for good. She has vast experience in program development and is an implementation expert with over twenty-five years of experience providing services to persons with disabilities, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, low-income communities, populations affected by natural and public health disasters, and refugee resettlement.

Project Manager
Esteban Camarena has nearly a decade of experience working as a community organizer for campaigns on Healthcare Enrollment, Reproductive Health Rights, Immigrant Rights, Voter Registration, and Census Enumeration. Esteban is a first-generation, Mexican American from Tucson, Arizona. He has a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies, and served as a Fulbright Scholar in Brazil.
Esteban is able to effectively communicate with communities in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach when engaging with people from differing racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Margareth Diamante has a professional background spanning hospitality, logistics and operations, administration, and project management across corporate environments and nonprofit organizations. She has cultivated a unique skill set that revolves around one central principle: helping people.
Margareth approaches every interaction with thoughtfulness and empathy. She believes that every individual deserves respect, dignity, and fairness, regardless of their circumstances. With a deep passion for making a lasting impact, Margareth is committed to leveraging her expertise to make a difference in both organizational settings and broader communities.

Project Manager
Jamerson Watson has worked in the anti-violence and housing justice for over 20 years. He is currently co-founder of Liberation In Action, a consulting group that seeks to ensure liberation is at the forefront of their work.
Jamerson has worked with rape crisis centers, batterer intervention programs, housing programs, and provided training and technical assistance for several organizations across the US.
Jamerson is currently pursuing a dual master’s degree from Howard University in Divinity and Social Work. In his spare time, Jamerson is the online campus pastor at Lineage Church and currently resides in Washington, DC.
